Have you ever been thinking of someone when at that moment they telephoned you?
Perhaps you had an occasion when you had a thought and someone else in the room spoke it?
In astonishment, you may say I was just thinking that very same thing or I was just thinking about you when you called. This is not simply coincidence. Thoughts have energy. Everything in the Universe is energy.
Think of those moments when you just had a sense or feeling about someone, a gut feeling. We refer to that feeling as intuition. You are, in actuality, connecting with the essence of another being. You are picking up on their energy.
We are equally capable of connecting with animal energy. Animals communicate through direct thought, concepts and mental pictures not only amongst themselves, but with humans as well. By being open, receptive and focused I am able to receive their thoughts and feelings. When they communicate with me, I have an understanding or knowing of what they wish to express. I am able to put these thoughts, pictures or emotions into words.
It is a mind-to-mind, heart-to-heart connection. This amazing connection allows me to physically feel their emotions and see their story unfold through the pictures they show to me. They present concepts and offer direct dialogue.
I have the deepest respect for how the animals view our world and am humbled by the unconditional love and compassion they so easily share. The animals are honest and sincere and developing a connection with them has forever changed me. I invite you to set aside any preconceived ideas you may have about animal communication and open your heart and mind to the animals who share our world.
Understanding the process
When communicating with animals, I will receive information in many ways. Usually I hear actual words. This is known as clairaudience. The words come quickly and flow from my penned hand onto paper as though I am taking dictation. I have a sense that the animal is utilizing my body to express their thoughts as I have no sense of what I have written until the end of the communication.
At times I simply have a sense of knowing what the animal wishes to express . You know what they know and you don't know how you know. This is known as clairsentience. I may get a sense or feeling of what they wish to express, with no actual words. For example, I will physically feel their sense of elation, of joy, of appreciation, of gratitude, of sadness, or love. I will get a sense of the animals being. I will feel their outgoing, shy, stubborn, or aggressive personality.
I may also experience a sense of seeing through their eyes. It is much like watching a movie. I become the animal and see what they themselves are seeing or perhaps They will show me in picture form what they want to bring to my attention. This is referred to as clairvoyance.
As well I may receive concepts or ideas. For example for a dog that loves to spin in circles , I may get an image of the Tasmanian devil.
It is important that we honor what our animals have to say to us. It is after all, their opportunity to express their feelings or wishes. We may have our own expectations of what they will say to us or what we desire to hear from them. Be open to what you receive. You may not immediately understand their message. Often times it will become clearer as time goes by. At some point in time you may look back at the message that was given and have an "Aha" moment......."So that's what he/she was trying to tell me." Animals, just as humans each have their own personality. Some are more outgoing and chatty, while others are more reserved and say very little. Each communication is unique. I respect and honor each one for all that they are willing to share. It is equally important to understand that an animal may not always offer a solution to an issue. An animal may say "I don't like sleeping on a hard floor, I want a blanket." Clearly it is easy to resolve such an issue. On the other hand an animal may not know what is needed to help them through emotional issues or what we consider behavioral issues. It often requires some work on our part to help them through it. It is unfair to believe that by simply telling an animal during the communication to stop a particular behavior that they have the capability or understanding of how to. They are generally willing to try but we must be also.
